Meet Our Founder & CEO, Richard Fearnside
Richard's career is defined by leadership and excellence in the telecommunications industry at three leading companies: Bell Canada, Samsung, and Apple. His expertise is supported by a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Dundee, UK. A Master's Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business, a MicroMasters in Cloud Computing from the University of Maryland plus Management in Engineering certifications from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Career Foundation at Bell Canada
Richard began his career at Bell Canada, progressing through multiple roles. He was the technical support project lead for the Apple iPhone launch at Bell and also led technical support for BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). In this role, he personally installed BES systems at major Canadian clients such as Sears, Toyota, Tim Hortons, and the City of Brampton, establishing the hands-on expertise that continues to define his approach today.
Driving B2B Strategy at Apple
At Apple, Richard spearheaded the national B2B sales and technical strategy for carrier partners. His leadership secured major annual revenue, successfully drove iOS adoption across carrier smartphone portfolios, and introduced new SaaS service integrations with carrier partners, further expanding Apple’s enterprise footprint.
Strategic Leadership at Samsung
At Samsung, Richard orchestrated the national B2B sales strategy, generating significant annual revenue and enhancing partner performance through incentive programs and co-branded campaigns. He also managed multiple Samsung Cloud (SaaS) solutions, onboarded numerous companies onto the platform, and led the technical strategy for projects deploying thousands of devices with Samsung’s cloud management software.

Richard’s decades of experience in Mobile Device Management span both hands-on technical work and high-level strategic leadership. From his early BES installations at Bell to driving enterprise SaaS integrations at Apple and overseeing large-scale cloud deployments at Samsung, his career reflects unmatched depth in multi-platform mobile security.
